 Classes are held at our Studio situated at the top of the range in Toowoomba, Queensland. The studio is purpose built and designed with teaching and consulting facilities available, catering for both group and private individual tuition.
To ensure that participants receive a high quality yoga learning experience, all class schedules are developed by Yoga Queensland Pty Ltd according to the number of people that register interest in the classes. Classes offered include those on Hatha Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation.
The following programs are available:
Foundation Yoga (Beginners/Level 1): A beginners' course offering foundational yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. (8 weeks)
Intermediate and Progressive Yoga: Basic poses and breathing are refined with an emphasis on increasing the students understanding and interest in yoga as a system of health management and personal development. (8weeks)
Yoga Relaxation: One of the most powerful methods for inducing deep relaxation in a minimum of time by developing one-pointedness of mind. Enhances creativity and aids in management of many stress-related conditions.
Meditation: Whilst all classes offer some form of meditation offering utility for stress and health management, this program specifically introduces students to the theory and practice of meditation. As a tool to self development meditation facilitates attentional control and offers the benefits of a quiet alert stillness that contributes to management of the numerous life stressors and motivation.
